Art from the Heart

Part of my central idea with my art is to inspire people to continue to accomplish their dreams, hopes and help others.  I have had the pleasure of working with Internationella Engelska Skolan in various cities in Sweden.  Here is an example of one of the projects interviewed by TV4

Without our heart, there is no life.
I have a message I would like to share:
Love what you do,
Love who you are,
Love the people close to your Heart,
That's Life - Simple

I work as a full time artist and paint from my heart.  I paint art especially designed for private homes, hotels and other public places.  I paint off a reflection of your personality to suit your home or public area. A  piece of art is something you should be inspired of every day when you walk past it or stand infront of it. That's why I like to meet the person I'm going to paint for and see where they live and thereafter paint off my reflection of their personality.  The same applies to when I work with a hotel. I like to speak to the management and see what sort of image they want to reflect and paint off my interpretation of that.

My inspiration comes purely from within; I have a mission in life to spread happiness and inspiration via art. People often say they get inspiration and energy from my paintings.  A percentage of sales from my art goes to Kids Earth Fund which is a non-profit organization that works worldwide to promote peace and environmental conservation through the medium of children's art.

One of my strengths is to create art specifically for the environment it’s going to hang in and the personality of the owner. I have created art for Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel suites, reception and restaurant. I also have an ongoing art exhibition in the corridors of their conference area.  This exhibition is Stockholm inspired during the stay of the EU delegates, combined with a series of art from my art and affirmations about life.

I use the Koru symbol a lot in my art. I like what the symbol stands for:

The koru from New Zealand is the Maori name given to the newborn, unfurling fern frond and symbolises: new life, new beginnings, growth, strength and peace.

Every day is a new beginning, there's new life all around you, to grow and develop as a person, find your inner strength and peace in yourself is something I keep in mind every day.

“I believe art can help children build up their selfesteem and self-confidence and also help children through hard times in their life via art therapy.  I have been consulting with Internationella Engelska Skola since 2009 and holding art workshops with 12-15 year olds build up their selfesteem through expressing themselves via art.  Their art and stories will be published on this site.
